About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating the development of ancillary services to our customers, which includes community residents and owners. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive financial performance and customer satisfaction.
You will supervise all activities and/or employees related to Commonwealth Home Services (CHS) and be directly responsible for its financial performance. Prior construction and project management experience is essential for this role. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of ancillary services to Commonwealth Real Estate Services customers
- Supervise all CHS activities and/or employees
- Directly responsible for the financial performance of CHS
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior construction and project management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
