Job Summary
We are seeking a team to oversee the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community in Gresham, Oregon. As a Real Estate Management Company, we prioritize integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment.
Major Responsibilities
Rent Collection
- Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees on the day of collection.
- Follow up on late/delinquent rents and issue notices as necessary.
Rental Agreement and Rules Enforcement
- Enforce Rental Agreements and Facility rules to ensure tenant compliance.
- Supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes into the Facility.
- Ensure compliance with home standards, Facility rules, governmental codes, and requirements.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain petty cash fund and tenant histories.
- Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, and execute rental agreements.
- Promote and rent vacant spaces, including Facility-owned homes for sale or rent.
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain all common areas, grounds, and vacant spaces, including landscaping and cleaning.
- Operate back-up portable gas-powered sewer pump in case of primary power failure.
- Contact repair/service contracts for sewer pump maintenance.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Salary Information
Part-time position for 2 people, pay $2000 to $2250 per month.
