• Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor a team of embedded engineers to deliver innovative, carrier-grade WiFi AP products. Manage new SoC integrations, feature development, and platform enhancements. Collaborate with chip vendors, cross-functional teams, and productstakeholders to drive project success. Guide technical reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices adoption. Focus on continuous improvement in product quality, team productivity, andcustomer satisfaction. Hire and develop top engineering talent. An experienced leader with a strong technical background in embedded systems,wireless networking, and SoC platforms who thrives in a fast-paced,collaborative environment.
• Required Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Networking, Wireless, or related fields alongwith 8 years in embedded software development OR Firmware with a proven trackrecord of team management.
• Technical Expertise :
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems and integration of 3rd-party driverswith various hardware components. Strong understanding of Linux Kernel, drivers, BSP, and IO interfaces such asI2C, SPI, UART, and USB. Expertise in C programming with the ability to guide teams in resolvingcomplex technical challenges.
• Leadership & People Management :
• Strong skills in team motivation, mentorship, and fostering a culture ofinnovation. Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills :
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different timezones. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align with stakeholders anddrive projects forward.

• Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but notlimited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets,years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates withexceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range)is $135,600.00 - $176,200.00 The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package,including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental deathinsurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidaysin a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on startdate), as well as other leave options.
