At CommScope, we strive to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Technician who can maintain, inspect, repair, move, and/or install production machinery and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains and inspects production machinery and facility equipment in accordance with instructions and equipment manuals.
- Repairs and replaces worn or broken parts, including bearings, rollers, motors, controls, etc.
- Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment by following the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.
We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, forward-thinking, and able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications:
- HSD or GED preferred with formal education/technical training in building maintenance.
- One year of niche training or two years of industrial experience.
- Proven understanding of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and power transmissions.
