The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and extensive knowledge and experience with SailPoint IIQ controls, features, and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and design phases for onboarding applications into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and document requirements for identity and access management
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure identity management solutions using pre-approved established integration patters with SailPoint IIQ
- Maintain understanding of business processes to aid in managing enterprise identity and access
- Perform application configuration and administration within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Create application roles and entitlements in alignment with enterprise RBAC policies and principles
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational and post-production and Go-live procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ configurations and integrations
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders
- Document access, policies, and exceptions, and maintain integrity for audit reviews
- Make recommendations for improvements in application onboarding processes, automation efficiencies, security practices and end-user experience
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, best practices, and updates related to identity and access management and SailPoint IIQ
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance the team's capabilities and understanding of SailPoint IIQ
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of Technology experience
- 4 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience with RBAC, Access provisioning & deprovisioning and Access attestation processes
- Proven experience in application onboarding, including leading discovery, requirement gathering, design, and testing within SailPoint IIQ
- Proficiency in performing configuration and aggregations in SailPoint IIQ
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ) are a plus
