Electronics Technician – Pretest
Position Summary:
Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating digital and analog circuit boards to the component level. Works with sales and design engineering to resolve technical issues, performs environmental testing, analyzes test data, and ensures equipment operates per specifications. Reports to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Test and confirm the operation of digital and analog circuit boards.
- Isolate faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation.
- Follow approved board-level test procedures for internal and purchased products.
- Participate in source inspections.
- Adjust, calibrate, and align circuitry and components as needed.
- Support additional tasks as assigned; overtime may be required.
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree in electronic technology or equivalent work experience (BSEE/BSCET preferred).
- Strong expertise in digital and analog electronics.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.
- 2 years of experience testing digital and analog equipment in a production environment preferred.
- Ethernet networking experience is a plus.
Salary : $24 - $28
