Overview :
This role leads Continuous Improvement and Capital Investment projects on the manufacturing floor, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution. The engineer ensures system improvements, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency through LEAN and Industrial Engineering techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for process and system improvements.
- Manage investment and site improvement projects , integrating performance metrics.
- Support manufacturing software systems and hardware to optimize operations.
- Utilize data analytics for project support, reporting, and process optimization.
- Lead new system and equipment implementations , including testing and training.
- Train operators on equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting .
