We are seeking a Technician to support RF Microwave component tuning and testing. This role involves prep work, basic parts testing, and lab equipment operation, with potential leadership opportunities in special cases. Training is provided, and overtime is available.

We are seeking a Technician to support RF Microwave component tuning and testing. This role involves prep work, basic parts testing, and lab equipment operation, with potential leadership opportunities in special cases. Training is provided, and overtime is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tuning and testing RF Microwave components.
- Reading specifications and testing incoming parts.
- Operating and learning new lab equipment as needed.
- Testing medium-complexity parts, focusing on large production lots.
- Collaborating with Assembly for rework when necessary.
- Tracking and reporting work progress to the Lead Technician.
- Assisting with troubleshooting under the Lead Technician’s guidance.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
