Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization's missions and programs.
- Create, edit, and distribute content for various media channels, including newsletters, social media, and press releases.
- Coordinate media relations efforts, including developing press lists and managing media inquiries.
- Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Manage the organization's social media accounts, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing events and activities to promote stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a non-profit environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
