Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Organize and support events, presentations, and other communication initiatives.
- Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
