Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and engage our audience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for crafting compelling messages across various platforms.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and values.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various channels including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence to engage with followers and increase brand awareness.
• Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns to enhance the organization’s public image.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and audience engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role or similar position with strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to propose innovative communication strategies.
