Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
