Position Overview:

Communiboost We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this critical role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data across various software platforms and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the information you handle. Your work will directly support our operations, enabling our team to make informed decisions based on the data you compile and maintain. The ideal candidate will bring not only excellent typing and data entry skills but also the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.


• Review and verify data for discrepancies and correct errors in the database.


• Prepare and distribute reports to various teams as needed, ensuring timely delivery of information.


• Assist with organizing and categorizing data to streamline access and usage.


• Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.


• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data-related queries and requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.


• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.


• Familiarity with database management systems and data visualization tools.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Ability to analyze data and provide insights or recommendations based on findings.
