Position Overview:
Communiboost is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our data needs. This role will involve entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems to support various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency.

Salary Range: $15.50 - $24.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into the database with high accuracy.


• Review and verify data for discrepancies and correct errors as necessary.


• Maintain organized documentation and records to ensure data integrity.


• Prepare reports and summaries based on data collected from various sources.


• Assist in data cleansing and maintain data quality standards.


• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines for consistency and compliance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to manage large sets of data.


• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
