Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data while providing exceptional customer support. Your primary focus will be entering and managing data accurately in our systems while assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues.

Salary Range: $36.500 - $46.000 yearly
Location: San Antonio,TX

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.


• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions effectively.


• Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and updates.


• Assist in processing orders and tracking shipments for customers.


• Generate reports based on customer data and interactions as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.


• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry software.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
