Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers, understanding their needs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Provide information about products and services to customers as needed.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and processing orders or service requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
