Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate contracts and confirm logistics.
- Help manage event timelines, ensuring all components are executed on schedule.
- Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including setup, breakdown, and organization of event materials.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and reporting discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective correspondence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
