Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team, responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events from start to finish. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, transforming them into successful and memorable experiences.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $28.00 hourly
Location:San Antonio,TX

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and community events.


• Conduct site visits and coordinate with venues for space requirements and layout planning.


• Manage event budgets, including all financial aspects of event planning, tracking and reporting expenses.


• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, including catering, entertainment, and technology service providers.


• Create detailed project plans outlining timelines, key milestones, and deliverables for each event.


• Oversee event marketing strategies and promotional materials to maximize attendance and engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.


• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successful event management.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members.


• Proficiency in project management software and event management tools.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges.
