Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion within deadlines and budget.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and expectations.
- Research and book venues, vendors, and other necessary resources for events.
- Create detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage on-site event execution, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and vendors.
- Proficient in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
