Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring that our front office operates smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, the Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks that support the overall functioning of the office.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.


• Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.


• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.


• Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.


• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.


• Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar administrative role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
