Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will be involved in various aspects of marketing communications, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and event coordination

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Kansas City, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs.


• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets.


• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.


• Help coordinate and participate in marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and community outreach activities.


• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.


• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
