Position Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing our front desk, welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and handling general administrative tasks. This role is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth office operations.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office


• Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments


• Schedule and manage appointments for staff and meetings


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area


• Provide information and assistance to visitors


• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
