Job Details:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Assistant to join our team at the CommuniCare Advantage. As a Transportation Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of our residents to and from various destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Transport residents to and from outside physician visits and within the facility to scheduled appointments.
- Assist with resident transportation needs, including in-house activities.
- Monitor residents who require one-on-one supervision during outside visits.
- Provide basic nursing care procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Nurse Aide certification or eligibility to obtain
