Division Director of Maintenance / Plant Operations - Long Term Care

CommuniCare is currently looking to fill a key position, Division Director of Maintenance / Plant Operations for our skilled nursing facilities in Indiana and Southwest Ohio.
Position Summary :
The Director of Maintenance / Plant Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations, maintenance, and safety of multiple facilities throughout the State of Indiana and Southwest Ohio (Greater Cincinnati area). You will also be in charge of final hiring decisions for our Maintenance Directors for each of our facilties. This role demands a strong background in life safety, NFPA regulations, and OSHA standards and extensive experience in electrical, plumbing, construction, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have robust organizational skills, a solid understanding of electronic systems including computer and telecommunications platforms, and proven experience in managing personnel, finances, and emergency situations. Prior experience in healthcare facilities management is essential to understand the unique challenges and pressures of the industry. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long Term Care environment is required.
