Managed Care Revenue Cycle Support

CommuniCare is currently recruiting an experienced team member to assume the position of Managed Care Revenue Cycle Support Specialist.
Experience in Point Click Care and Clearinghouses preferred.
This position is responsible for supporting the Corporate and Field Revenue Cycle team. The AR Specialist may work with multiple departments at the home office and in the field. This position reports to the Corporate Director of Managed Care AR Support (CDMCARS) and will interact directly with the Division & Regional Revenue Cycle team.
Job Duties
- Manage and reporting of Clearinghouse
- Provide back up support to Corp. Revenue Cycle Software Support (Point Click Care)
- Develop Quick Reference Guide tools for Clearinghouse and PCC Tips
- Perform data pulls for external and internal auditors
- Review Write Offs for appropriateness
- Assist in importing Write Offs when approved
- Review PCC Payer set up requests prior to sending to CDMCARS approval
- Assist with EFT by collaborating with Cash Reconciliation Specialists
- Set up ERA as requested by Revenue Cycle team
- Ability to extract data from OCC on payer and identify potential issues
- Assist with claims projects in collaboration with Revenue Cycle team
Qualifications
Experience in Point Click Care and Clearinghouses preferred
