CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced healthcare professional with proven admissions and marketing abilities for the position of Mobile Admissions Director for our North Region – Midwest Division which encompasses facilities in Indiana and Southwest Ohio. This is a mobile position that will focus on centers in need of admissions directives and support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mobile Admissions Director, you will drive admission efforts through referral relationships in the community and area hospitals. You will work with the nursing center team, external liaisons, and the Central Intake department. You’ll focus on referral conversion to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals for our facility.
