Regional Director of Therapy Operations

Qualifications:
- Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have multi-site management experience
- 2-5 years of management experience preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to travel as necessary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved and the therapy departments operate efficiently, during site visits
- Provides in-services and training to staff as requested
- Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload development
- Develops educational materials for rehab departments
- Provides documentation and billing training
- Completes Quarterly Documentation Audits for each facility
- Schedules conference calls /meetings with therapy directors for communication and training as needed
- Participates in responses to any denied therapy claims
- Assures the clinical, operational and financial success in each designated facility
- Achieves optimal practice performance of therapy department through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming and supervising the therapy director
- Visits all assigned facilities, with availability to therapy directors and facilities via phone and email on an ongoing basis
- Participates in operations review calls with senior management
- Participates in other senior management functions as needed to assure company success
