RN Corporate Clinical Educator / Nursing Assistant Trainer
The CommuniCare Family of Companies currently has an opening for an experienced RN to join our team as Corporate Clinical Educator for our facilities in the Cincinnati, OH region.
The RN Clinical Educator / Nursing Assistant Trainer coordinates, plans, and conducts Nursing Assistant and Med Tech clinical orientation and training programs for professional and non-professional personnel, with the primary training focus on nursing personnel. This position provides education for multiple long-term care center interdisciplinary teams and Regional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be an RN in good standing with the state
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a long term care setting.
- Current Train the Trainer certificate for Nurse Aides, Medication Technician preferred, required to obtain upon hire.
- Indepth knowledge of LTC regulations as well as state requirements for education and training.
- Excellent organizational, computing and oral / written communication skills
- Strong team player with demonstrated track record of success in a crossfunctional team and fast moving environment.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effective solutions
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
