RN - Clinical Nurse Specialist - Cincinnati, OH
CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of RN Clinical Nurse Specialist for our 2 facilities located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Great for a Director of Nursing looking to take their next step. This position will be providing support to the DON for clinical operations of Forest Hills Healthcare Center and Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.
The RN Clinical Nurse Specialist is a key management position whose responsibilities will include :
- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
- Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
- Train new nursing management.
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process
