Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Belmont Healthcare Center is proud to be part of the CommuniCare family of healthcare providers. We are currently seeking a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility.
About the Position
The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to ensure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. This role must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and celebrating their successes.
The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.

Requirements
- Meet all West Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
- Hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of West Virginia.
- Have at least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
- Demonstrate strong management and operation skills.
- Show strong math/budgetary skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
