Senior Treasury Analyst (Corporate Finance)

Our client, exciting Energy business based in Houston, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Treasury Analyst with a strong focus on corporate finance to join their dynamic team. This position reports directly to the Senior Treasury Manager and offers a blend of structured financial tasks and strategic, ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling. Key Responsibilities

Treasury and Financial Activities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly board presentations.
• Develop models to forecast full-year earnings and cash flow outcomes.
• Analyze working capital impacts and identify key drivers of balance sheet changes.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to contribute to quarterly earnings releases, including drafting scripts for pre-recorded shareholder sessions.

Debt Capital Markets Activities:

• Assess and provide recommendations on capital structure decisions, including debt maturities and significant Debt Capital Markets (DCM) activities.
• Assist the in financing or refinancing projects.

Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis and Modeling:

• Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize operational processes, evaluating costs and management strategies

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience in corporate finance, with a focus on operational and strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
