Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with our fire and life safety products or services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry into the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their usage.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
Skills
- An Associates Degree in Electronics, Technology, or similar field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- One or more years of experience in servicing or managing of fire alarm, access control, or nurse call systems.
- Working knowledge of life safety systems is required.
- Service industry experience is required
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications.
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus for proactive customer engagement.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with client services principles and practices is beneficial.
- Proficient typing skills in English are required for efficient communication and documentation.
