Job Description
This full-time position within our Sales Team reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and is located at our Fort Worth headquarters providing preconstruction design and estimation for new construction and renovation projects. Independent judgment and a high “figure-it-out” factor is necessary. This individual must have a strong estimating or project management background with at least a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and/or performing quality assurance inspections for life safety and/or communication systems.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of only a few companies in North Texas that design, install and service the entire Notifier fire alarm portfolio. This includes the Inspire and Onyx Series, Fire Warden, and Bi-directional Amplifiers. Communication Concepts is a 35-year-old Employee-Owned company based in Dallas-Fort Worth and has been awarded the highest partner level in the Notifier Partner Program. As a member of a factory-authorized Platinum Level Notifier team, you will not only have access to Notifier systems but will have the competitive advantage of extending the basic Notifier 3-year warranty to the PLATINUM Notifier 7-year warranty on the Notifier materials used for any fire alarm system. You will use Bluebeam for your takeoffs and have an experienced design team supporting your projects.
Communication Concepts has a history of working with some of the largest school districts in North Texas and partners with some of the most well-known general contractors in the United States. Your projects will include government, healthcare, educational, and more. If you are ready to step up to the next level in your fire alarm industry career and become an owner and not just an employee, please contact us.
