Our Exhibit Preparation Specialists conduct normal warehouse functions. They work with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Foremen, Project coordinators, and others to ensure customer satisfaction. They perform all required processes and procedures for receiving, inspecting, inventorying, pulling and checking, cleaning, repairing, packaging, and shipping of client exhibits by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares ship lists, packing lists, and inventory sheets while ensuring content and accuracy of all shipments and storage
- Responsible for reporting all violations of work rules by employees to Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Foremen before the next shift begins
- Responsible for working with others to keep the warehouses swept, clean, safe, and organized daily for client visits
- Responsible for reporting all accidents to management
- Responsible for following inventory, check-in, and pull and check processes and procedures
- Responsible for following processes and procedures on all tools, equipment, and forklifts in a safe manner
- Responsible for producing high quality work during shift
- Responsible for following directives and tasks given by the Warehouse Manager and / or Warehouse Foremen
- Responsible for processing all paperwork in a timely manner so as not to delay cash flow, and ensures correct dates and information, including bills of lading
- Responsible for working with Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Foremen to utilize the best methods for daily operations, stacking inventory, handling carpet rolls, shipping liquids to avoid spills during shipment, and any other methods for continuous improvement
- Responsible for repairing crates, laminating, and refurbishing of assigned jobs before shipment or once they return
