Essential Functions
- Lead CSD’s Creative Team in bringing to life the marketing strategies and plans developed by each division, ensuring all creative deliverables meet the vision, goals, and timelines set by those teams.
- Partner closely with marketing liaisons embedded within divisions to understand their strategic goals, intake creative requests, and deliver high-quality content that aligns with their marketing plans and timelines.
- Translate divisional marketing objectives into compelling, high-impact creative content across multiple formats, including visual design, video, written content, and digital assets.
- Serve as the executive lead for all creative operations, providing direction, oversight, and inspiration to a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content producers.
- Collaborate closely with divisional leaders to intake creative needs, clarify objectives, and deliver work that aligns with campaign goals and enhances audience engagement.
- Oversee the execution of all branded content to ensure consistency with CSD’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across internal and external touchpoints.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to produce creative assets that support unified messaging and reinforce CSD’s brand presence across all platforms.
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality work efficiently and responsively, while scaling to meet the needs of multiple departments.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure content is visually compelling, accessible, inclusive, and culturally aligned with the communities CSD serves.
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate creative assets into digital tools and platforms used across the organization, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing outreach.
- Foster a culture of creative excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation by staying current with trends in design, content creation, and media production.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to evaluate the performance of creative outputs and guide ongoing refinement based on data and stakeholder input.
- Lead vendor and contractor relationships related to creative services, ensuring alignment with internal standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in creative services, brand development, or content production, with a strong portfolio of cross-channel work.
- Demonstrated success in leading the execution of creative projects that support established marketing strategies and organizational goals.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams, including designers, writers, and content producers.
- Fluency in American Sign Language (required)
- Experience creating inclusive and accessible content for diverse audiences, including Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities or other disability populations.
