- Engage in existing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Execute daily retail operations to ensure smooth service and store functionality.

Requirements:
- Open work availability for retail hours.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas highly desired.
- Tech-savvy preferred but not required.
- Strong engagement skills with a positive and competitive spirit is essential.
- Career-oriented and customer-focused attitude is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Training:
- New Hire Training is a 90-day period with guaranteed hourly base pay.
- Eligible for commission as soon as you demonstrate selling techniques.
- Plus, you can earn a $1,000 training bonus through participation in our training program.
