Job Title:
Lead Technician/Technician III
Job Summary:
The Lead Technician/Technician III is the on-site lead for completing installations as directed by the Field Manager. This role requires proficiency in meeting CTS install standards, supervising and directing Technicians and Subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow direction from Field Manager/Project Manager
- Lead and direct Technicians and Apprentices in DAS installation
- Manage daily installation quality and schedule
- Transport materials
- Pull Coax and Fiber cables
- Expertise in Coax Cable Termination and PIM & Sweep Testing
- Operate and understand Anritsu Site Master test equipment functions
- Good building code knowledge for compliant installations
- Read IBW Design documentation and understand installation components
- Fusion splicing and fiber optic testing competency
- Commissioning and tuning philosophies understanding
- Collect data/pictures for closeout package
- Manage team timesheets as needed
