What You’ll DoInventory Management
- Track and organize stock using SOS inventory management software
- Audit and Run Cycle Counts to keep inventory accurate
- Identify and correct discrepancies
Kitting and Parts Handling
- Assemble kits for production, ensuring all parts are included
- Label and package components properly
- Identify missing parts before they cause delays
Shipping and Receiving
- Process domestic and international shipments
- Ensure labels, paperwork, and tracking details are correct
- Inspect and log incoming shipments
Teamwork and Process Improvement
- Work closely with a small, experienced team
- Find better, faster ways to handle inventory and shipping tasks

What You Need
- At least one year of experience in inventory control, shipping, or warehouse work
- Experience using SOS inventory management software
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of our work
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in manufacturing, defense, or logistics
- Familiarity with international shipping processes
- RF radio experience
