Onboarding Branch Ambassador
As a Onboarding Branch Ambassador you will be responsible for providing an outstanding employee experience for all new hires, starting with Day 1 Orientation and through their first 90 days at CTDI and beyond. This experience will focus on fostering a positive and welcoming environment to promote retention and will be driven to key milestones through the Employee Experience Playbook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Branch leadership for new start department placement.
- Communicate with department leaders to ensure they are prepared to receive new starts into their department.
- Conduct Day 1 Orientation for all Temporary and Direct Hire employees. Orientation should include a building tour, safety training, and any additional training as required by the branch.
- Maintain training records as required by the branch.
- Ensure all employees are setup correctly within time keeping software and partner with HR, Payroll and Local Temp Agency contacts as needed to correct any discrepancies.
- Be a source of knowledge to guide all employees through their first 90 days and beyond.
- Partner with Branch Leadership and HR to develop Employee appreciation events, Company celebrations and Employee recognition activities that are part of developing the culture in your Branch.
- Actively participate in the branch Culture Committee to foster an environment that celebrates diversity, inclusion and community outreach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Have a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Be reliable, flexible, and a motivator for all new hires.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn other applications as needed.
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, if required to support your branch
- Have a strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be sales and marketing minded promoting the company's brand and career opportunities.
- Ability to represent the branch and portray the CTDI culture and values.
