CommuniKids, a leading language immersion school, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual, highly organized, and passionate about connecting with professionals aligned with our mission to prepare students as global citizens.
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Planning & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Maintain a structured recruitment calendar, job postings, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events to expand our talent pipeline.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Talent Management & Onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for each role.
- Support new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage People-related social media and digital recruitment outreach.
- Assist in staff transitions and employee appreciation initiatives.
Experience & Skills
✅ Fully Bilingual Required (English- Spanish) ; French or Mandarin is a plus.
✅ Bachelor’s degree required.
✅ 1 years of recruiting experience or 2 years of teaching experience (Early Childhood or Elementary preferred).
✅ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
✅ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
