Graphic Designer
Location: Jefferson City, MO (Hybrid)
Hours: Full Time

We are looking for a graphic designer who can help us with our branding, marketing, and communication needs. You will be working closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.
As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for:
· Creating visual designs for print and digital media, such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, logos, websites, social media posts, etc.
· Using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce visually appealing designs
· Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency across all channels
· Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations that convey the message and identity of the brand
· Revising designs based on feedback and ensuring they are error-free and ready for production
· Other graphic design projects and duties as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
· A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and creativity
· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color theory, and print and web standards
· Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
