The role!
Position : In-Home Support (IHS) Mentor
Location : Wakefield, MA
Pay rate : $20 per hour
Hours : 10 - 25 hours per week Shifts : Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available

Summary & Responsibilities
IHSMentors are responsible for teaching life and social skills to individuals in a variety of environments using their home and community as the classroom.
Directly work with individuals on their ISP goals
Recognize and support the individual's rights to make decisions, choices, and the right to take risks
Qualifications
3 years of experience preferred
