Program will serve South Central MA, Greater Waltham Area and Greater Boston DCF Regions (Hyde Park, Harbor, Park Street and Jackson Square)

Communities for People (CFP) is a non-profit agency serving youth and families through community-based programs and services. You will be instrumental in helping youth and families achieve permanency, independence and integration into the community. You will gain professional experience and exposure to the child welfare system. Our Enhanced Family Support Services (EFSS) team is looking for a Clinician. EOE

- $500 upon completion of 90 Introductory period
- $500 on 6-month anniversary
- $1000 on your 1 Year Anniversary.
Salary: $65,000-$70,000

Clinician Responsibilities:
- Providing in-home therapeutic support services to parents, caretakers, and youth involved with DCF i.e. weekly family meetings, assessments
- Oversee the treatment planning and assist with the case management of clients
- Ensuring implementation of family centered practice
- Advocacy role for the families working with community partners
- Development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
- Facilitates case conferences and discharge conferences for clients
- Oversight of coordinating psychiatric and psychological appointments
- Provide supervision and parenting supports for families in preparation to reunification
- Overseeing timely notification of referral dispositions
- Actively participating in staff meeting and group supervision
- Providing clinical support to program staff
- Maintaining client documentation and files
- Crisis management
- Providing on-call support
Clinician Qualifications:
- Masters of Social Work or related field
- Independently Licensed preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Mush have valid driver's license and own transportation
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Culturally Responsive
- Knowledge of community resources
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
