Communities for People (CFP) is a non-profit agency serving youth and families through community-based programs and services. You will be instrumental in helping youth and families achieve permanency, independence and integration into the community. You will gain professional experience and exposure to the child welfare system. Our Enhanced Family Support Services (EFSS) team is looking for a Case Worker. EOE

- $500 upon completion of 90 Introductory period
- $500 on 6-month anniversary
- $1000 on your 1 Year Anniversary.

Program Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee the process and services of the intensive community-based programs to youth and their families.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure highest quality and effective services.
- Oversees pre-screening, intake, treatment & discharge processes & protocols.
- Leads administrative team and staff meeting assuring documentation and filing of admin. team/ staff meeting minutes.
- Maintains all license, accreditation, client and program records.
- Assures compliance with funding source reporting demands including incident reports, quarterly and clinical documentation.
- Responsible for continuous quality improvement for the program.
- Oversees all aspects of staffing including hiring, orientation and ongoing supervision.
- Delegates work fittingly and within the organizational structure and stays cognizant of staff abilities, work assignments and contract commitments.
- Demonstrates fitness for team leadership in ethics, boundaries, respect and role modeling of relationships for youth and staff.
- Partners with payers seeking ways of accommodating their evolving needs.
- Markets program with prospective customers to increase program census.
- Demonstrates fiscal leadership in managing budgets.
- On-call for crisis situations.
Program Director Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or relevant filed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with similar client populations in human service or treatment settings and 2 years in management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
