Description
Oversee the daily supervision and management of the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth program including grant management, budgeting, case consultation, processing paperwork which requires approval, supervising / training staff, work experience programming, and employer relationships.
- Manage operations of WIOA Youth programming
- Oversee WIOA program staff supervisors
- Manage all contract responsibilities including performance measures and budget expenditure targets
- Establish, model, and communicate a positive, service oriented climate that meets the needs of all clients
- Ensure WIOA files / documentation are implemented and compliant with contract requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of CIS, district, and funder policies and procedures
Requirements
Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in social service programming required. Nonprofit grant management experience preferred.
Salary Description
55,000-$65,000
