Description:
Implement case management services for youth and young adults under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth Services funding for identified rural area for both In School and Out of School Youth.
Implement Direct Service Delivery and Case management for WIOA youth in assigned schools and surrounding area
Collaborate with Workforce Programs to maximize support/service access for youth on caseload
Participate in Recruitment and Outreach for WIOA Opportunity Youth
Maintain complete and accurate support documentation and paperwork
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years case management experience. Prior experience working with at-risk youth required. Spanish speaking a plus.
