Chief Program Officer Job
Communities In Schools of the South Plains® is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Program Officer (CPO) to oversee all aspects of programming, compliance and training, quality assurance, and staff management. The CPO will play a vital role in promoting CIS-South Plains’ services and fostering collaborative relationships with districts, schools, agencies, and other stakeholders. Working closely with the CEO, the CPO will develop mechanisms to track and improve staff satisfaction, focusing on retention and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and strategic planning.
