Communities of Care is looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome! No vaccine requirement!

- 3 year old with trach/vent
- Fridays( client goes to school 750a to 1120a), Saturdays and Sundays 7a-7p. Saturdays and Sundays NOC shifts 7p-7a
- Client lives in Blaine with family.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
