Communities of Care is looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome! No vaccine requirement!

- 17 year male with trach/vent
- All NOC shifts available 7p-7a.
- Client currently in hospital. Discharge TBD.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
