Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday 2pm-10pm (schedule may change based on individuals care needs)
Pay: $21-$22 per hour $1,000 hiring bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with IDD in a community setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.
- Implement and bring to life Individual Support Plans (ISP), enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.

- Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
- Successful completion of a level II background check
